What is All On Four? All On Four is a procedure where we use four titanium implants to restore all of your teeth. We can accomplish this by placing the implants in a specific orientation in the bone, then affix each denture to the implants. These dentures do not come out. They are tightened down and are removed only twice a year for cleaning and evaluation. You sleep with them in and eat whatever you want…. just like your real teeth!
